Conto font is a contemporary sans serif font that is designed mainly for corporate identity as well as advertising and editorial design. Also, there is a special set of ligatures that make Conto font extremely appropriate for logo type and lettering.

The main features of this font are the reduced lowercase shapes and the rising contrast as well as its simple geometric forms. It contains more than 850 glyphs and offers wide range of OpenType features like fractions, small caps, different kinds of figures, fractions, case and small-cap sensitive punctuation etc. Language support for all Latin-script based languages is provided.

Conto font comes in eight weights (Thin Italic, Bold, Light, Black, Medium, Extralight, Extrabold Italic and Regular). There are three free demo fonts – Thin, Medium and Black. The stylish Thin and the powerful Black are well suited for display typography whereas Regular, Medium and Bold weights are perfect for tables and text.

Conto font is designed by the German type designer Nils Thomsen. It is his next big work after the hugely impressive Jabana font that was included in our special selection – 15 great font debuts on MyFonts – 2014, 1st half. Also this font is dedicated to the late Peter Bruhn – a famous type designer and the founder of the renowned Fountain foundry.
