Gist font by Ryan Martinson from Yellow Design Studio (check also their Thirsty Script font and Thirsty Rough font) is a dynamic inline slab serif, a retro vs contemporary mashup. Gist font family comes in four variations in five weights, each of them containing 627 glyphs per weight. It’s extremely versatile: either keeping it clear with the base character set, or using ligatures, alternates and swashes for all the bells and whistles. All-caps typesettings have an especially retro edge. Line layers for adding color to the inline areas are available. And last but not least – try Gist Light for free!
