Core Escher font by Hyun-Seung Lee and Dae-Hoon Hahm (S-Core type foundry) is an artistic type family inspired by the Dutch artist M. C. Escher’s impossible optical constructions. The resulting typeface features spectacular, pleasantly rounded 3D letterforms that seem to pop up out of the page. Due to its artistic nature Core Escher font family gives its best at large point sizes – for headlines, book titles, posters, logotypes, etc.

Core Escher font family comes in two styles: A and B. Core Escher A font is split in two variations: Core Escher A Left and Core Escher A Right whose clean and simple strokes construct together twisted optical impossible letters.

Core Escher B style presents a different form of an optical illusion: the lettering looks 3D by placing thin outlines onto bold letters. Its three variations: B Left, B Middle, and B Right offer a different “perspective” to the text.

Core Escher font family offers a variety of OpenType options such as proportional figures, tabular figures, numerators, denominators, superscript, scientific inferiors, subscript, fractions, ligatures and case features. It includes a rich language support: complete Basic Latin, Cyrillic, Central European, Turkish, Baltic character sets.
