LatinoType’s Arquitecta font by Daniel Hernández Sánchez and Miguel Hernández Montoya is a contemporary Sans in the spirit of the prominent Bauhaus principle ‘form over function’. Arquitecta font family is inspired by the American & European typography from the first half of the past century – the notable time when the foundations of the modern graphic design were laid.
LatinoType’s Arquitecta font family is characterized by a strong rational geometry, and is suitable both for text layout and continuous reading. It consists of 8 upright romans with the corresponding italics and provides the following features: European accents, Old Style Numbers, Numerators & Fractions; ink traps to avoid press impressing spots & hinting optimized; small X-height with accentuated ascenders and descenders.
