Bree Serif font
Bree Serif font is a charming serif typeface family by Type Together (authors of Tablet Gothic, Iskra, Adelle, Abril) – a cousin of previously designed award winning Bree. Following the style and main glyph architecture of its predecessor, Bree Serif is equipped with solid slab serifs beautifully design to fit perfectly the geometry of the letterforms. We should pay special attention to the italics here – they are full of energy and elegance yet balanced and charged with a lot of personality and style. Both the regulars and the italics keep the character of the original handwriting.
Bree Serif font is full with many open type features like alternates, ligatures, diacritics etc. spread in 6 weights each supported by italics, sold as individual font. There’s no doubt that Bree Serif is probably the best friend of Bree font family, especially when used in editorial design which is their main application purpose. You could also use it with great success for stationary, logos, packaging, books and magazines and it would look perfect on print media as well as on screen for web design, applications or resident font.
Bree Serif font won Gold at the European Design Awards 2014.
