Ample font by the Indian type designer Aakash Soneri (Soneri Type foundry) is a contemporary display typeface family with an interesting morphology and structure. It’s optical mono-linear, with simple and clean shapes, and with angular stroke junctions mitigated by smooth curves – a distinctive typeface’s characteristic. The lettering is evenly flowing leading the eye bend after bend. Ample font family is designed primarily as a display font, perfect for headlines, posters, but it also has an excellent legibility and is just as good looking in smaller text sizes.

Ample font family comes in six upright weights (Thin, Extra Light, Light, Regular, Medium and Bold) with no italics due the type’s specific geometry. Standard OpenType features provided.

Aakash Soneri is self-educated graphic and type designer from India. He founded his Soneri Type Foundry in 2009.
