Arbotek font by José Manuel Urós (Type-Ø-Tones foundry) is built upon the original structure, used by the author in the Arboria typeface designing process. Arbotek font family is characterized by its pure architectonic approach to the lettering morphology. Its three basic styles – Thin, Light and Light Rounded resembles the cartographic technique annotations and their output on plotters. The last, fourth style – Ultra reminisces the Art Decó graphic style of the 20s and 30s, while keeping the same typography structure as the previous three styles. All four styles combine very well in creating high-contrast visually attractive designs.
