Corpo Serif typeface is the latest improved version of existing old Korpo Serif font family. The whole concept of this new version as well as the old one is to use the skeleton of Corpo Sans typeface – a contemporary fresh and distinguished sans serif with enhanced legibility. The result is simply amazing – a family of 6 weights each coming with own true Italics sold as separate fonts. Inheriting the perfect readability of its sans serif predecessor Corpo Serif is spiced up with the beauty of modern serif. Smooth perfectly designed curves transform into straight vertical strokes, optimized positive and negative shape, specific counters incorporating natural roundness with “Fraktur” effect – these are some of the key features of Corpo Serif characters if you look in depth.

In general we have a unique typeface with enhanced legibility, plenty of options in contrast and some additional extra features available in OpenType compatible software.

Corpo Serif is designed for both long small-sized texts and strong large headlines, perfect for editorial design and corporate branding, it is also excellent choice for packaging, posters, label designs, signboards – in fact everywhere you need a fresh but serious contemporary sans serif family.

Corpo Serif is designed by Mateusz Machalski and published by Borutta type foundry. If you really enjoy the family then you should probably take a look at some of the most interesting pro fonts inside Borutta’s portfolio like Adagio Sans Script, Adagio Serif, Adagio Sans.
