Luzern font by Gugum Gumpita Rahayu (Absolut Foundry) is inspired by the most common grotesque heights and boxed sans serif typefaces, Luzern font family is a Sans Serif typeface featuring low-mid contrast and quite tall caps height and lower x-height which represents the flavour of the dynamic typefaces and is subtle for the display typefaces. It’s highly usable for display text titles such as editorial magazine headlines, website headings, posters, advertising, and logos. Luzern font keeps excellent legibility at medium body text sizes. It comes with more than 400 glyphs and multilingual support including Latin European diacritics.
Luzern font family comes in ten variations, five weights: from Light to Extra Bold with their corresponding italics. It features a plenty of OpenType options such as stylistic alternates in uppercase, case-sensitive forms, fractions, and other numerals features such as super and subscript characters, tabular figures, numerator-denominator, etc.
Luzern Regular and Luzern Italic are free fonts.
