Culinary font family by Latinotype – as tasty as a delicacy
Kitchen, sugar, cream, chocolate, truffles, delicacies, flavors, taste, gourmet…Yeah, you guessed right – we are talking about the great art of cooking. The art that has always been modern and always has had a leading role in the lives of men. It is a perpetual source of inspiration for millions of people for is there a sweeter „sin“, than the gluttony? A rhetorical question, of course.
Now Latinotype present Culinary – a rather “tasty” contemporary font family that derives its inspiration from that very source. It is a very sweet display typeface that will make you create uniquely beautiful typographic morsels. Culinary has a very interesting structure – it offers a Regular subfamily of four weights and a Sans Line font, plus a magnificent set of Borders. On top of that, there is a Script family, again with four weights – Line, Light, Regular and Bold, that also includes Borders and Sans Line. The OpenType features, that are absolute necessity for any modern typeface, are not forgotten too – there are ligatures, swashes, oldstyle figures, wide range of alternates as well as initial and terminal forms. With all this rich variety of options and its great look Culinary font will be a perfect choice for any kinds of applications related to cooking like packaging, bakeries, café and restaurant branding, recipe books, menus, magazines, etc. But that is not all, as it can be successfully used for invitations, logos, posters, flyers, brochures and many more.
Culinary font family is designed by the Brazilian designer Sofia Mohr and is published by the Latinotype type foundry. Once again Sofia demonstrates the high quality of her work, as was the case with her previous release – Sabores Script.
