Le Havre Hand is the latest part of the great Le Havre type family which also includes Le Havre Rough, Le Havre Layers, Le Havre Titling, Le Havre Sketch, Le Havre Rounded and Le Havre Sketch. As with the other family members, Le Havre Hand is designed in such a manner as to be used either on its own or combined with one or more of the other typefaces. Either way the result achieved will be great. Le Havre Hand itself is a layer-based font family with distinctive hand drawn appearance. The most interesting features of this typeface are its weathered retro look, deeply influenced by the beautiful art deco style that immediately evokes warm feelings. As we laid our eyes on this beautiful font for the first time we even experienced a little nostalgia as we have been told an old timeless story from far away. As it is, Le Havre Hand will be more than suitable for plenty of display purposes such as posters, placards, signage, logos, etc.

The way Le Havre Hand is designed is aimed at providing as much layering solutions as possible. The font family contains 21 font files including two outline versions, one of which is a very interesting dotted variant and five inline options. Among the others are three extruded ones, one of them crosshatched, four shadow versions and a unique wireframe variant. Those of the users with OpenType savvy software will also enjoy a great set of art deco alternatives.

As with the other members of the great Le Havre type family, Le Havre Hand is designed by the very experienced and influential US designer Jeremy Dooley and is released by his insigne type foundry.
