Solitas is a modern geometric sans-serif font family designed with one purpose – simplicity. Indeed, no matter how many new geometric fonts are offered there will always be a high demand for them as solid, reliable, workhorse like typefaces. Solitas is one of them – an incredibly pure and clean font family with extremely high legibility. By looking at it we can think of nothing but how beautiful the simple things in life are! The stylish and elegant appearance of Solitas, together with its workhorse nature, make it perfect for numerous applications mainly in headlines and shorter texts both in print and on screen. Solitas font family includes 3 styles – Nor, Con and Ext, each in 7 weights – Thin, Light, Book, Regular, Medium, Demi and Bold. Of course, matching Italics for each one of them are provided, making the total number of the fonts in the family 42. Naturally, this provides enormous amount of options to any user and vastly increases the potential of any project. But that is not all, as many typographic extras are provided such as ligatures, swash alternates, titling alternates, stylistic alternates, fractions, titling caps, etc.

Solitas is a brainchild of the celebrated American designer Jeremy Dooley and is the latest release of his type foundry Insigne.
