Bolyar Pro font family is the latest creation by the Fontmaker Type Foundry. Released in 2012 the original Bolyar font is now redesigned and developed into PRO version. This brand new type family of 5 different weights is carrying the character of classic Roman Capitalis mixed with elements from Friz Quadrata capital letters.

Bolyar Pro font is featuring full set of over 1200 symbols covering fully Latin alphabet, Eastern and Western Europe symbols, Cyrillic and Greek. A huge number of Alternates, Swashes and Ligatures are available too – most of them working with diacritics. Another excellent new feature of Bolyar Pro family is adding a separate font for all ornaments, borders, frames and even Shields with banners. All of them designed exclusively to work with Bolyar pro typography. In fact there is everything needed to reproduce a design from late XIX century with vintage letterpress look.

The Bolyar Pro font is most often used in stationery, for social printing, and is classically seen acid-etched into glass on the doors of law offices, banks and restaurants. You could also use it for packaging, letterhead and logo and of course for wine label design.
1200 glyphs for each of the five weights – well, that would surely be enough to face even the most complicated demands.
